All works are certified in line with Technical Report 19 – the HVCA Guide to Good Practice for the Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems and the Loss Prevention Council in line with your building insurance.
Paperwork is then emailed upon completion, along with photos as per the stipulation of the relevant authorities and landlords.
Regular cleaning of the extract system ensures compliance with health guidelines, prevention of fire risk and increases plant lifetime expectancy, whereby the cost of cleaning equipment is a fraction of the cost that is required to replace a fan.
Kitchen X Factor was founded by Paul Collett, who after working as a Sales Manager for a few national companies, decided to venture out on his own. He has since gained 23 years’ experience in this industry.
Despite his experience, Paul doesn’t believe ‘he knows everything’ and realises that his clients know their equipment and premises better than he does, so he prefers to work together with his clients to ensure that the best results are achieved.
We are able to provide our services to the hospitality sector, in restaurants, hotels, pubs and leisure centres.
As a rule of thumb, services are offered on a Sunday - Thursday basis (6am – midnight) as the majority of places are extremely busy on a Friday and Saturday. Whilst the aim is always to cause minimum disruption and carry out works out of hours, and where this isn’t possible, we will do our best to accommodate.
